But can a pandemic-ravaged Africa rise up to the challenge? Is Africa ready to completely assume its responsibilities and initiate the needed breakthroughs? Such are the fundamental pending questions!
The reflections and recommendations in this book have already laid the ground of a consistent programme of action adapted to the realities and the actual needs of the continent's athletes.
